Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been placed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

• Orders processed through our website, social media, or marketing campaigns are considered final once payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed and dispatched.

• Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, product dislike, or delay caused by courier partners beyond our control.

Replacement Policy

We provide a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is physically damaged, leakage has occurred, or tampering is evident during delivery.

• You received the wrong product or quantity compared to what you ordered.

• The product packaging is defective or missing components.

Replacement Process

1. Inform our support team within 7 days of delivery by emailing bylinanatural@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility for replacement.

3. We will arrange a pickup of the damaged/wrong product.

4. A fresh replacement product will be shipped to your address at no additional cost.

Replacements are not applicable for:

• Used or partially consumed products.

• Products exposed to improper handling, moisture, or external contamination after delivery.

Shipping Charges

All replacement shipping costs are borne by Bylina Natural Remedies Pvt Ltd if the product issue is verified as our responsibility.
